TTMPLReplacer

Extract to location of choice.
Launch TTMPLReplacer.exe.
Select the slot you're moving the textures to.
Select the modpack(s) you're converting.
Converted modpacks will be in the Output folder, next to where you've extracted TTMPLReplacer.exe.

Note: the Output.log file can be read to check what files were renamed.
