I get a similar error when I go to Settings and try to authenticate my Tumblr login. The authentication window opens but then just stays blank and nothing happens. When I close the authentication window, I get the error.

Fix issue #392 Authentication window stays blank in some cases
307ffbf 
- If the app was started from a write protected folder, the WebView2 component couldn't create its default data folder as a subfolder.
- Set the path to TumblThree's data folder or local path for portable mode.
