Solution Minimize time spent in the project. Time to work on a project is work in your free time. You should work on the project min an hour a day (you should be focused on your task in 110%). Working in after-hours project should bo your hobby and be your possibility to changing something in your life.

What could fail? People could be low engaged in project, if they do (low engaged) then they will nothing achieved.
