This project has become Forall, where it's being redevelopped as separate packages.
This is a framework to develop advanced web-applications with. As of now, it is still in Beta. It has a robust routing-focused MVC framework written in PHP on the server-side. The PHP framework aims to be friendly to the programmer: It is built so that tedious tasks such as creating controllers, validating permissions and writing database queries become easy.
It will have a the dollar.mvc JavaScript framework built-in in the core, and will add functionality to it, to make the server-side and the client-side work together seamlessly.
