The plugin will add some usefull links to the comment form.

##Description

Adds a "quote" link besides the #reply-title and converts the allowed tags into clikkable links that wrap the selected text in the comment form.

##Installation

1. Upload tb-comment-tools folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate 'TB Comment Tools' through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. ...that's all :)
