Currently a loopout between two consecutive bases on a helix (e.g., to represent a dumbbell hairpin as in Fig. S29 here: https://www.dna.caltech.edu/Papers/DNAorigami-supp1.linux.pdf), renders strangely:

It would be better if this special case were checked to make it look more like a (longer) insertion
