This section is the general user guide and should answer user questions along the lines of:

How do I transfer data onto the system?
How do I submit a job to the scheduler?

As well as a list of useful commands and tool.

Should probably include how to do single-step logins with PuTTY as well as WinSCP, but needs to be tested. Might need to tell it to use plink.exe and -nc because otherwise you appear to need to specify both local and remote ports?
