You can see what I mean in the attached image -- I was viewing the ZZ Test Images survey in Firefox 18.0.1 for Windows. If you make the checkboxes go horizontally, sometimes the box is on one line and the word that goes with it is on the next line. I'm not sure if this is something that is fixable or not.

The new request (issue #10) for larger checkboxes and radio buttons was resolved by using images. However, this has made horizontal checkboxes not possible.
To see the problem go to https://redcap-dev.health-eheartstudy.org/surveys/?s=Cqu8YU.
The checkboxes are a band of vertical images. Are horizontal checkboxes required for our surveys? If so we have a whole lotta trouble.

@tparsnick @kimburgia @tsinha @lbettencourt I don't know if horizontal checkboxes are needed, but that could better be answered by Kourtney. I think I had horizontal radio buttons in a couple places but they may have been replaced already. Are they okay or just checkboxes not?
One small thing though, it looks like the checkboxes as images means that the vertical checkboxes don't line up quite right anymore either... they are slightly off.

horizontal radio buttons probably do not work either.

@julianagle please add horizontal radio buttons to the test survey and
check those "couple of places" you mentioned for possible display
issues....may need to convert to vertical.

@tparsnick yeah, they don't work. I will check the 2 places I think they were but I don't know if there may be some horizontal ones other places that I don't remember. Probably @kimburgia will need to check for those when she goes through them again. I didn't know we couldn't use horizontals.

The problem was also discovered on the Demographic survey
https://redcap-dev.health-eheartstudy.org/surveys/?s=nUDqxT

This is an example of the problem of using horizontal layout with radio buttons and checkboxes that are images. You must use vertical layout ONLY. @julia Nagle please update these and any others you or Kourtney find. I fixed the first male/female on the survey. There are other yes/no radios that need fixing as well. It's likely that yes/no radios are on other surveys as well.

We are well aware of the issue and Kourtney is reviewing all surveys
