Experimental 1.4.0 (preview) (enabled support for Duke Nukem Forever)

This release is not meant to replace the current latest release, it is a preview to test some drastic overhauls of the UI that should eventually become 2.0, due these drastic changes, SOME features are missing from this release.

With this update comes Docking! A major UI overhaul in the works to displace the static panels, bugs included!

• Displaced static panels with dockable pages.
• Updated the UELib to a canary build
  • Integrates partial support for Unreal Engine 4 .uasset files.
  • Supports Duke Nukem Forever (2011)

Goals of 1.4

The goal of this release is to give an early look into what UE Explorer 2.0 could entail, such as:

• Re-designed the user-interface and user-experience by revamping the panels to be pages instead, that are docked in a workspace, i.e. panels can be dragged and moved around.
• Deprecation of unnecessary features.
• Code base cleanup.
• However the App is still stuck with WinForms and the .NET Framework, the end goal may to be displace the entire UI with a more modern framework such as perhaps MAUI.
