One topic considered was a Financial Assistance programme. This is one of the most resource-intensive parts of PyCon UK in terms of administrative effort and the trustees decided that, with regret, it would not be possible to organise one for PyLondinium 2020, but noted that no such programme appeared to have been in place for previous years.

Following a discussion at :doc:`../meetings/trustees/2020-02-15` we have been
informed that the UKPA is not a qualifying organisation to comply with the
PyLondinium co-hosting agreement.
