+PyCon UK Critical Individuals Accommodation and Costs Policy
+============================================================
+
+A collection of hotel rooms will be booked for the duration of PyCon UK for
+individuals who meet either of the following criteria:
+
+- They are critical to the operation of the Conference.
+- They are critical to the organising team.
+
+At the discretion of the Conference Director, other out of pocket expenses may
+also be covered.
+
+The Conference Director will submit a recommendation of qualifying individuals
+to the UKPA Trustees.
