HPC: Merge old model setup with new job submission script #39

Changes:

job.sh will now select a random free port for the model server instead of always choosing port 4242, which should be more robust.
Remove previously used setup_model.sh.

Possible issues:

Users need to ensure that their model server sets the port according to the environment variable PORT ⚠️
