Changelog:

  • Updated to latest PDB API
  • Updated backend using PDBx/mmCIF format instead of the legacy PDB format
  • Re-added PDB_REDO support
  • Lots of code refactoring
  • Huge performance improvements

Known issues:

  • No current way of loading PDB_REDO electron density maps to view them. For now VHELIBS will load the corresponding PDB EDM, but use that with caution. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
