Describe the bug
File Type column displays MIME type instead of the uploaded file name extension.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Passenger details page
2. Click on Attachment icon from user tools
3. Upload any docx or xlsx type file
4. See File Type column displays MIME type instead of the uploaded file name extension.

Expected behavior
File Type column will display the uploaded file name extension.

As per the requirement, system allows to upload up to 5MB file however I noticed it did not allow a 4.5 MB file to upload . And also if you try to upload bigger size file > 5MB with clicking Submit button, modal keep spinning for unlimited time.
