• instrumentation-dcs is a containerized version of OpenDCS

• instrumentation-dcs-config is the configuration information for instruments, instrument message decoding, and datasources required by instrumentation-dcs at runtime. Managing the configuration information in a git repository facilitates continuous integration and deployment.
