The purpose of the CvTdb project is to build a comprehensive database of pharmacokinetic data to support PBPK modeling and validation efforts. Currently, the repository only contains the data already extracted, scripts to support the identification of sources, data template files to facilitate the sharing of data in a format for loading, and a set of papers identified via topic modeling as likely candidates for data extraction. However, in the future we hope to provide an application to support the organization and curation of data in a easy to use interface supporting basic validation of the information collected.
