Not tagged, just incorporated. I guess this patch goes unmarked.

I anticipate tagging it as 1.1.3, but may or may not try to resolve another error first unrelated to these egrid datasets.

FYI: I can confirm that pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+https://github.com/USEPA/standardizedinventories#egg=StEWI grabs the latest commit to master branch. Thanks.

P.S.: It's a good reminder that you have to clear the old eGRID_2020_v1.1.2.parquet file from your ~/Local/stewi/facility directory, else the new data aren't downloaded!
