Finalized process:

• Release the code in GCIS GCMD Improvements #607
  • Migrate the database!
• Run the script against stage
• Give @amruelama the list of defunct GCMD keywords in GCIS for handling any associated resources and ultimate keyword deletion

These keywords are not in the GCMD hosted lookup and are defunct. They should have any associated publications moved and then be deleted:

GCMD Keyword host also has a "Trash Can" keyword it moved some things to. Can you look over all the keywords under it, relocate any associated publications and then we can delete them and the trahs can keyword as well. I don't have any interest in maintaining a copy of the TrashCan.
