Make 'Author' the default role while creating a new person #515

Currently the default role while adding a new person is GCIS is 'Convening Lead Author'. As 'Author' is the most common role of a person in GCIS, make it the default role.

Done. @amruelama please feel free to request this for any given field that will make your life easier, as this is a simple thing to flip in the code.
