Make backlog appeal date and number public

Create a script to post:
*Number of appeals in backlog
*Date of farthest appeal back
on wiki

I've got a script that is now pulling the MySQL data, just need to format and setup pywikibot

Script is running, just needs to be put into code securely. Right now the code has an active DB login, hence it not being on Github.
