I'm writing a guide to get fastapi (python) working on uberspace.

It's almost done already, but there's an issue with a gunicorn dependency (httptools) when using the latest python version (3.9). Wrote an email to hallo@uberspace and waiting for it to be resolved.

It looks like httptools is missing wheels for python3.9. This has been solved but is awaiting a new release: MagicStack/httptools#59

For now, I rephrased the guide to clarify why it's using python3.8 and created a pull request: #988
