Add a 80x80 224-color PPM version of the Ubuntu Asahi logo, that can be
used as a Linux boot logo.

inkscape logo-rounded.svg --export-width 80 --export-background=black \
  --export-png=- | pngtopnm | ppmquant 224 | pnmtoplainpnm > logo.ppm
