Better logo for discourse forum under dark theme

Looks like we need a better logo to use on our forum. Discourse supports a dark mode - so it should likely look good under both.

I think it mostly needs to maybe be the black logo with a white outline (little thicker) - then it will look normal on the light (default) theme and will appear as a white outline on the dark theme.
