Hi, I have a Sofar HYD6000ES inverter, with a Lithium Ion battery (in 14S configuration). With the following information, would you be able to customise the interface to suit? Also, I presume there's no work our end, other than plugging in and setting up the inverter in the correct mode etc. Max Charge: 60amp Thanks |

Hi Uksa007,i have an Mpp Solar 3024 GK inverter and a bank of lifepo4(8cells) with Jk bms(jk-b1a20s15p).The inverter has the pylontech protocol,you think your hardware will work?I have a rpi 4 for SA and both(inverter&jk bms)are connected to rpi 4 but the data on the inverter are not the same with the data on jk bms.Thanks for the replies |

I tried that approach and it resulted in me spending all my time trying to help people build hardware with little to no electronics experience, and then configuring and compiling the firmware was not easy for most.
The solution is I supply the hardware and firmware as a package configured how you want, plug and play, you end up with a quality product as opposed to modules connected with dupont connecters which is unreliable at best.

Hi,
This has all the hardware needed to communicate with BMS and Inverter over CAN bus.
Hand built on a PCB and soldered to the ESP32, bulletproof design for production use.
Don't use modules and Dupont connectors for long term production use, they are for proof of concept and prototyping only, and are prone to fail.
It is a plug and play device, just add power (5v USB)
New DCDC version powered direct from the JK-BMS, with fuse.
Provides all the hardware needed to connect the JK-BMS to Inverter
Fully tested Plug and Play, connect to JK-BMS with the supplied 4 pin cable, plug in RJ45 Inverter cable and supply power with the supplied USB cable.

These are the default setting, which should be good for 16s LiFePO4, let me know if you need something different:

Which JK BMS should I order, you should order this model:
I would recommend the 200A model B2A20S20P if you are planning on constant change/discharge of 150A, better to have a little head room.
This model has a 2A active balancer and 8-20S LiFePO4
You have to click view more and select the correct model, Note model is the Color:
