ARCOSG tagging marks cardinal (Mc) and ordinal (Mo) numbers as well as occasionally Roman (Mr).

NumForm values: Digit, Roman, Word.
NumType values: Card, Ord

Also Mn indicates NumForm=Digit unless the surface ends in letters, like 1970an.
This will require a tweak to the allowed features so safest to wait till after the 2.12 release.
