Not decided if R or Python yet.

Proposed outputs:

  • snapshot.pkz (merged individuals.pkl and activity_location.pkl for OpenCL version);
  • seeding.csv (combined content of the current devon_cases_fn.csv and msoa_danger_fn.csv);
  • lockdown.csv (warning: NA values for several UK counties in the Google data);
  • buildings.json (for the GUI/dashboard).
