Pull request for Blender 4.2 LTS destructive API changes.

Blender 4.x is currently under development with destructive API changes from 3.x.
And MMD Tools is focusing on support for LTS versions, as shown by the following URL: https://mmd-blender.fandom.com/wiki/MMD_Tools#Requirements
So this pull request will prepare for future 4.2 LTS.

Models can now be loaded, but we still have a long way to go.

Remove layers, calc_normals_split, free_normals_split, use_auto_smooth, calc_normals, auto_smooth_angle
