The application has been created with Dart / Flutter, it allows us to calculate our body mass index.
Body mass index is calculated based on height and weight using the following formula: weight / height².
If you are over 30, you are obese. If you are between 30 and 25, you are overweight. If you are between 25 and 18.5, you have a normal weight. If it is less than 18.5 you have a low weight.
La aplicación ha sido creada con Dart / Flutter, esta nos permite calcular nuestro índice de masa corporal.
El índice de masa corporal se calcula en base a la altura y el peso mediante la siguiente formula: peso / altura².
Si es mayor a 30, tiene obesidad. Si esta entre 30 y 25, tiene sobrepeso. Si esta entre 25 y 18.5, tiene un peso normal. Si es inferior a 18.5 tiene un peso bajo.
