Stable release

This initial release contains the following cli options:

usage: quickspin.py [-h] [-u UP [UP ...]] [-d DOWN [DOWN ...]] [-c] [-l] [-la]

optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-u UP [UP ...], --up UP [UP ...]
List of EC2 ids to bring up
-d DOWN [DOWN ...], --down DOWN [DOWN ...]
List of EC2 ids to bring down
-c, --config Configure Quickspin with your AWS credentials
-l, --list Show all EC2 instances running
-la, --listall Show all EC2 instances running
