In the RDF2XML transformer, for any element or attribute resolving to a single URI should be able to be mapped to several RDF entities. This could be nice for improving interoperability, for example, in CityGML data by using SKOS AND CityGML identifiers.

Currently gml:id can currently be mapped to either core:AbstractFeature.ID or skos:preflabel, but not both
