When Health gets low, FPS drops to 1

Describe the bug
Whenever my health drops down below what looks like 1/4th, My game slows wayyy down, I have a Debug log, If that helps!

I've gone over the installation guide during the install process, Troubleshooting portion, and looked at the Bug Report Forums before submitting this report!

Information on your machine

• OS: Windows 10 Home
• You VGA Model, and if the PC is a laptop: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M, And yes! A laptop
• The V's Fix debug file: Added!

Additional description and extra useful things

This was during the Olga Battle on the Tanker!
I would fire off a couple of shots, Get my butt handed to me (Not used to old MGS games! :P) and when my health drops, so does my FPS

Haven't had this myself, but I've heard it's more likely to happen when some of the graphics settings are set to low.
