No sound for fullscreen option through HDMI | Only through Windowed Mode

I have been trying to get sound working with the fullscreen option through an HDMI cable connected to my JVC smart TV, but I cannot manage to do so, before Installing V's fix, the game worked fine through HDMI, but the graphics and controls were crap, so I installed this, but sound through HDMI doesn't work on the TV unless it's in Windowed Mode, everything else works fine though

Using Windows 10
With GOG MGS2

I suggest to set your TV audio output to "default" (I don't know how is in english, my Windows is in italian ehehe)

Old issue but is happening here too
Funny thing is that apparently when Fullscreen, Windows loses the audio from the TV video link
