No Audio When PS4 Controller Is Connected: DSERR_BUFFERLOST Errors.

Well, I have downloaded the fix today according to the tutorial, and after connecting
my PS4 controller via USB and booting the game it seems that the controller it self works, yet no audio is playing, it's 100% quite.
At the start of the game on some occasions an error popup is shown:

The audio works fine when I disconnect the controller though, which means that I'll have to play with mouse and keyboard for the time being :\

I have read the manual and looked through the common bugs, I tried changing the sound output rate as shown in the
common bugs section but the audio is still missing.

I am pretty sure that the main audio device is still my integrated speakers even when I connect the controller, I can't hear
audio from the PS4 controller itself as well so.

I'm playing on a windows 10, OS build 10.0.19045 on a Lenovo laptop.
