Various improvements to client side Titanfall. Will add more features later lol I'm lazy.
- No blood effect on screen, only desaturation.
- Flag text has been removed.
- Apply "autoexec.cfg" on mapspawn
- Remove various announcements (voicelines and sounds should still play):
- Boost Ready
- Titan Ready
- Core Ready
