The Master-Control is the interface that will help you to get information from our system. It will also help you to calibrate the system, and set different parameters of the system (orientation offset, boundaries, ...)

You have 3 different pages in the Master Control:

• Dashboard, gives you the information on the different elements that are connected to the system, the cameras, the tags, and the users. On each element, you will be able to do different actions.
• Calibration, is what you need to use to calibrate the system. The calibration is necessary to get any position from the system. Follow the instruction on the page to go through the calibration
• Visualizer, gives you a tool to check rapidly if your calibration is good or not.

For the Dashboard, and the Calibration pages, if you do not see all the devices, try first to refresh your page on your browser. We will correct that on the next updates.

And 2 different tabs:

• Report a Bug, please use it to report any bug that you encounter with the system, it will send us some information on your system and help us provide you assistance.
• Ask assistance, should send us a notification that you currently need help, we should reach back to you very quickly. This function is currently in beta testing.
