Hacktoberfest-2022

👋 I would like to welcome all the Hacktoberfest 2022 participants.

🛫 First steps

  • Read code of conduct.
  • Read contributing guidelines.
  • Setup your dev environment.

New to git and git hub?

This repository is for beginners and first timers. Just follow these steps to fork->clone->edit->PR a request. https://github.com/SJ-Kumar/Github_Basics

How to contribute?

You can select the repositories that you want to contribute to, and begin your open source experience while assisting deployed projects! Sounds interesting? Let's get started!

  • LeetCode Questions - Frequently asked questions from LeetCode in interviews of MNC's.

  • CSS Animations A collection of CSS animations that you can use in your upcoming projects.

OR

👉 Picking issues

  • Recommend setting up your dev environment before signing up for any issue.

  • Prefer starting with issues labeled as good first issue.(https://github.com/VS-Babu/Hacktoberfest-2022/issues)

  • Always comment on the issue first to check if it's available. If it is, it will be assigned to you, and you are given 4 days to complete it. If the deadline is not met, the issue is free to be taken by somebody else. This way we want to avoid multiple people working on the same issue.

  • If you feel like you can also contribute more complex bug fixes/features please do not hesitate and comment on the issue you have chosen. More complex issues have no deadline.

  • When done, make sure your PR description shows a screenshot/video of the newly implemented feature so that person who will review your code will not need to run your code locally.

🛠️ Installation Steps

  1. Fork the project
  2. Clone the project
  3. Create a new branch (git checkout -b new-feature)
  4. Make the appropriate changes in the files (git add .)
  5. Add changes to reflect the changes made (git commit -m 'commit message')
  6. Push to the branch (git push)
  7. Create a Pull Request.

👨‍💻 Contributing

Any contributions you make are greatly appreciated.
