MultiCursor, shift selecting and insert mode bug

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST? (choose one): BUG REPORT

What happened:

1. Have 10 lines of text
2. Have two cursors, in insert mode, at two different places.
3. Hold shift, press up.

What did you expect to happen:
Expected to have two areas of selected text, instead the cursors simply moved upwards.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
See what happened section.

Environment:

• Extension (VsCodeVim) version: 0.11.2
• VSCode version:v1.21.1, commit 9a199d77
• OS version:x64 on windows 10.

I have the same issue. (Ubuntu/Gnome). Text selection using SHIFT and arrows is not possible.
