Deletion of "not reachable else-clause" killed the BehaviourMustBeDefined Feature #44

The Commit: 814f60c
killed my merge for BehaviourMustBeDefined-Feature.
The deleted ELSE-Statement should be added again - or if it is true that this case never gets hitted, there should be a begin-end-Block around
if (returnType <> nil) and (FReturnDefault.IsEmpty) the

Fixed deletion of "not reachable else-clause". Added it back. #44
