Release of Lake Victoria Water Balance Model

This release includes the data analysis and modelling used in Vanderkelen et al., 2018 a and b.

It includes the processing scripts of the Water Balance Model (WBM) for Lake Victoria. The main analysis is performed in Matlab 2017b. Preprocessed data necessary to directly run the model is available upon request.

Compared to version 0.1.0 new features were implemented, following the review comments on the two papers. A full overview of the changes can be found in the Response Letter.
