Restored enhancements from my previous PR that were overwritten during bad merge from Vaasu's local branch.
Summary:
To go with Python best practices across platforms added shebang line.
Removed carriage returns in favor of true newlines
Skips download of episode if it already exists
Generally cleaned up code and removed useless whitespace.
Note on requirements.txt.
Seeing a few req's that don't seem to be used. Also, should consider changing from == version to >= version.
