Create a CFBuilder Extension for VT

A CFB extension for VT could be quite useful. One idea is to be able to point to a table in the rds view and generate an xml file, based on database introspection. Perhaps to be able to do the same thing on a cfc would be nice as well.

There may be other uses for a CFB extension for VT, but I cannot think of anything else right now.

If anyone is interested in attempting to tackle this item please feel free.
