Here you will find information on how to access our API and the data available there.
Please use the menu on the right to navigate to the different products and functions.

Residential Registry This registry contains all homes in Sweden with informtion on type, size, location, construction year and much more. It is based on the registries of the Swedish Land Registry. In the menu to the right you can access the full, current version of the Residential Registry, the Markups table with all types of changes as well as added information from other sources, and the Valuations table with up-to-date valuations of each home.

Real Estate Registry Valueguard is an official retailer and partner of the Swedish Land Registry. In this section, you can find information about the tables we currently manage. We do have access to them all, though, so if you are looking for something but can't find it, please let us know. One of the most sought after sections is the taation registry. It includes the latest taxation values as well as lot and house areas used in it are available on address, FNR or property designation (fastighetsbeteckning). Through a partner you can also send in a Social Security Number and get all information on a residence where that person is registered.
