Q Inventory hotkey doesn't work after update

Description

When u have a item on Q hotkey assigned it doesnt work , all other hotkeys working ( i think ).

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

My friend had this issue when playing Juggernaut using legacy keys, he has Q as his item hotkey and it didnt work after the update, however weirdly enough, when he played Pudge, his item on Q worked, he tried in demo again playing Jug with Legacy keys and hotkey for item Q didnt work again.

I met this issue too. It seems Q is set as the hotkey for some abilities (perhaps hidden abilities).

same, sees like for all agility and universal heros. when you use classical dota keys, q inventory slot is disabled due to hotkey conflict with some sort of ability
