Hello
Ever since the patch 7.36 released, I have a problem that when a match is found and I accept, it takes so long to get to the pick phase that It exceeds the 30 seconds penalty time and I miss the game.
I don't think that laptop is the problem because it sometimes(very rarely) makes it to the pick phase and I've played couple games just fine without any lag and fps problem.
