Mars Arena of Blood With Blood Sport Facet Does Not Always Work as Intended

Description

Oracle was able to use his spells on a teammate sitting in Mars's arena of blood with the blood sport facet. Oracle was clearly outside the arena of blood with no wards inside the arena (or flying vision ability). Somehow he still had vision onto his teammate even though the UI says otherwise (see hidden symbol).

Bug encountered:

1. Rubick is inside an arena of blood and his vision is restricted to the arena itself. The blood sport facet should prevent Rubick's vision from inside the arena to be shared with his other teammates. Notice that Oracle is clearly outside the arena and that there is no kind of ward/vision ability of any sort inside the arena.
   

2. Oracle was able to use his false promise on Rubick. It seems like the mars arena blood sport facet was bugged and gave Rubick's vision from inside to the Oracle. It may have something with the weaver swarm bug being partially inside the arena but I wasn't able to repro the issue in demo mode.

Expected behavior: enemies outside the arena should have their vision obstructed by the arena when the Blood Sport facet is in play. The only way to see inside Mars' arena from outside would be to use a ward / vision ability (thunder's god wrath, dawnbreaker's break of dawn innate, bloodseeker thirst, am thirst like facet, etc).
