Faceless Void uses Timezone and Weaver can't leash. Them can use Shukuchi and invi? Similar to Slark's Pounce skill, it cannot leash.

Roots and Leashing are different. I think it's a bug because Shukuchi is a movement skill

Shukuchi is not a movement skill, it's just a speed increase. Like Surge or Stampede which also work in time zone.

leash share the same list as root so anything root can do, leash also do.
i think the only difference is that leash can somewhat move around but not too far, while root restrict total movement. and now with 7.36b patch you can cast forcestaff while rooted, but cannot while leashed. the rest pretty much similar.

e.g. tusk snowball in timezone. Nope cannot cast. alt tooltip cant be cast while rooted.
let me know if you can find a skill with alt tooltip Cant be cast while rooted but can be casted in timezone because i dont think there is even one. that would be a tooltip bug
