Phylactery not applying with AA's Cold Feet

Description

When using Ancient Apparition and choosing EXPOSURE facet, Phylactery won't be applied to the target. Even when Cold Feet affects an area of effect, the way to cast it is by TARGET, not AOE, therefore Phylactery should apply.

If originally it was intended to not be applied with phylactery, then you should change the way of casting to AOE instead Target.

btw there are no ABILITY: aoe. it would say point target if its over an area.
but yeah the AOE is not the same as unit target aoe like sven stormbolt so it doesnt work.

a quick fix would be just to update the tooltip to something similar to qop aghs. e.g.
causes cold feet to become an aoe spell depending on the current level of iceblast. the wording applies in an area around the target sounds like sven stormbolt.
