If two people are in the same spawn wave and both pick a class that would both have them violate the class limit, they both spawn as that class even though the class limit is lower than the two or more players spawning as said class.
For example, if there's a 1 class limit on Demoman. If two players, who are in the same spawn wave and are not the same class, pick demo before they respawn, they will both spawn as demo, violating the class limit put in place.
This is a potentially serious exploit if used in a competitive game as it can ruin class composition and potential class stacking.
