[TF2] tf_use_match_hud 0 not being fully removed.

If you set tf_use_match_hud 0 and then restart the game and join a server there will still be a blank bar at the top of your screen. The only way to remove this is to set tf_use_match_hud 1 and then back to 0 every time you want to play TF2.

This issue is not fixed. Either the above user is trolling or doesn't understand the issue I posted here.

@fearts Strange, I did the exact steps you mentioned and didn't manage to reproduce the issue.

I'm not sure. I just had someone else test it and they also said they saw nothing. I don't use any custom hud or any custom settings or anything like that on my computer and never have. I had a thought maybe because I run the game in a smaller windowed mode maybe that was the cause so I tested that. The bar goes away if I switch screen resolutions. But if I restart the game in either resolution it comes back. Maybe some other CVAR I have on that others don't or I just don't know at this point if it's not effecting everyone. But I don't really mess with my CVARs too much from default.

Also before I made this report other people had also reported to me this issue. So I know it isn't something only I saw.

@redpizza Write them a detailed and polite e-mail reporting the bug. TF Team seems to respond to emails more. I got a 4 year old big bug (#2792) fixed by reporting it via email.
