[Half-Life 2] incorrect update of Russian localization (25.05.2013) [SteamPipe beta: Enabled]

Russian localization has been updated incorrectly[SteamPipe: Enabled!]. The update replaced original russian localization(half-life 2_russian.gcf) to "Half-Life 2 Buka russian" (half-life 2 buka russian.gcf) localization pack, which has not all characters are voiced, instead of them, the game was expected to use missing voices from original "half-life 2_russian.gcf" localization of the game. The original russian localization is now missing, and the game has only voices from Buka localization after today update, and now, when I play the game in Russian, the game takes missing voices from english version(includig G-man), because "Half-Life 2 Buka russian.gcf" localization, as I said before, is expected to use, about half of all voices, from original "half-life 2_russian.gcf" localization.
When game had GCF-filesystem, Buka localization was expected to install as addon, which worked over the half-life 2_russian.gcf, and had an individual GCF-archive.
PS: Would better to make ability to install and deinstall "Half-Life 2 Buka russian" localization as addon, like it's been when the game used GCF-filesystem.

Okay, I understand now, thanks. I'll overlay the base hl2 russian content with the buka files and ship the union of the two. As I said in #784, having an optional mount is no longer supported.
